Guarantees & Returns Policy:

We offer a twelve month warranty against manufacturing defects on all our lighting products

We must make customers aware that if you are purchasing a fiberglass body styling items, we will not accept returns or extra body shop charges for minor cracks, scuffs or scratches.

Fiberglass is a delicate material and is easily flexible. Transit from our suppliers to our end customer can result in minor problems but you must accept this before you purchase you item. In the event that an item has been aggressively damaged or doesn't fit correctly. DDautostyling will co-operate with you in full to refund or replace the item, as long as the order shipping terms have been followed. In the event that an item does not fit correctly or is damaged, we will need photo evidence to show the problem. This can be sent via email or via post. Once the evidence has been received, we can then make judgement on the refund or replacement. Please make sure that all parts are checked for fitment BEFORE any work is carried out. If any work is undertaken to any item i.e sanding down, priming, we can no longer accept these goods back for refund or replacement. All goods must be returned in the original condition they were despatched. It is very important all goods are checked for fitment BEFORE any work is carried out. Please be aware that some items may need modifying slightly to fit your car and we recommend that all body styling items are fitted by a professional bodyshop. We can only accept the word of a professional bodyshop for fitment problems and any items not taken to a bodyshop will not be considered for return or replacements.

All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to the terms and conditions contained therein. Compatibility of the goods is not guaranteed where modifications and alterations have been made to the vehicles. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Returns Policy:

Products may be returned within seven working days of delivery, the statutory "cooling off" period. Products returned within this seven working days period are returned at the Customers cost. After this period has expired products may only be returned if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for their purpose or do not correspond with the description originally provided. Products ordered to the customer's specification cannot be returned unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or do not correspond with the description originally provided. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any costs incurred in returning product and non-refundable. All products returned for a change of mind purpose are subject to 25% re-stocking fee for returns and there will be a £10.00 handling fee for exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please ship the items back to us prepaid and with the proper packaging, for your protection make sure to insure the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please note, any orders that are cancelled for 'change of mind' purpose, or if the customer wants to return due to the item not being identical to our online images, the order has to be returned back to us in its original condition and the customer is responsible for any delivery return costs.

PLEASE NOTE:  In cases of certain special orders, we cannot accept these parts back for return. All special orders are undertaken at the customer’s discursion and cannot be accepted back for any reason, other than faults. All our body styling parts are special order only and fall under these terms.


Statutory Rights:

All contracts herein and with effect of the company do not at any time affect your statutory consumer rights.
